Asa Senior ManagerTechnicalService&Development, you will play a key role in driving innovation, customer success, and business growth within Arxada’s Paints & Coatings segment. Actingasatrustedtechnicalleader,youwillworkcloselywithcustomers,commercialteams,andglobalR&Dpartnerstodevelopdifferentiatedmicrobialcontrolsolutions,supportstrategicgrowthinitiatives,anddelivervaluethroughtechnicalexcellence.

In this highly visible role, you will combine deep technical expertisewithcustomerengagement,leadinginnovationprojectsfromconcepttocommercialization.Youwillhelpshapeproductstrategy,developintellectualproperty,provideindustryleadership,andcreatesolutionsthataddressevolvingcustomerandmarketneeds.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinChemicalSciences,BiologicalSciences,Chemistry,ChemicalEngineering,orarelatedscientificdiscipline
• 5–10yearsoftechnicalexperiencewithademonstratedtrackrecordofscientificexcellence,innovativeproblem-solving,anddeliveryofbusinessresults
• Strongexpertiseinpaintformulation,coatingsapplications,andmicrobialcontroltechnologies
• Provenabilitytotranslatetechnicalconceptsintocommercialopportunitiesandcustomer-focusedsolutions
• Experiencemanagingcustomerprojects,technicalprograms,andcross-functionalinitiatives
• Strongcommunication,presentation,influencing,andstakeholdermanagementskills
• Demonstratedexperiencebuildingcustomerrelationshipsanddeliveringmeasurablebusinessimpactthroughtechnicalsolutions
