Qualifications ?
1. Minimum Diploma ?D3?in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health (or equivalent)?
2. Holds a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certificate?
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 is preferred?
4.Proactive, communicative, with leadership skills?
5.Good communication skills in Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop K3 work programs and implementation plans.
2. Identify and map potential hazards in the work environment.
3. Control operational activities related to Occupational Health and Safety?
4. Responsible for managing waste.
5. Handle all necessary permits.
6. Monitor the health of company employees.
7. Create and maintain various documents related to K3, Health, and Safety at Work.
8. Provide training to employees on the use of Fire Extinguishers (APAR), First Aid (P3K), Emergency Response, etc.
9. Prepare HSE reports and analyse statistical data on work accidents.
10. Conduct risk assessment reviews, HIRADC, SOP/SWP, and JSA.
11. Conduct HSE socialization and safety communication (HSE safety meetings and instructions) for employees.
