Job Title:
Silo Sales Manager/Director
Location: Indonesia (APAC Focus)
Reports to: Country head and silo product line Manager
Position Overview:
It will be responsible for driving sales and strategic growth of the business, specifically in the domains of flour mills, rice mills, oil mills, starch or grain trading. This role will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with national head, and identify new opportunities to deliver value-added products and projects support.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Market Development & Customer Engagement
oCollaborate with national agents and representatives to grow market presence.
oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
oSupport local representatives to track business leads and convert them into active opportunities.
2.Sales & Business Development
oGenerate new business for grain flour,grain trade customers.
oLead quotation process, ensure timely follow-up, and manage contract fulfillment.
3.Service Performance Oversight
oFollow up on contract performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
oProvide post-sales support and manage issue resolution with technical teams.
4.Channel Development & Branding
oAssist in developing marketing channels and expanding sales outreach.
oOrganize and support marketing activities such as trade shows, training seminars, customer visits, and technical roadshows.
oEnhance brand influence and customer trust in the region.
5.Sales Targets & KPIs
Annual Sales Target that will be determined with VP
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience:
o5 years in the feed/agriculture/silo, preferably in sales experience.
oExperience working with technical solutions is highly preferred.
oFamiliar with part customers of rice mill or flour mill or corn refine mill and agriculture business.
Key Competencies:
oProven sales experience in a technical or industrial setting.
oStrong customer management and negotiation skills.
oFluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
oProficiency in using CRM, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
Other Considerations:
Age: Preferably below 45
Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally in APAC region
Strong teamwork, proactive mindset, and result-driven approach
