Logistik & Delivery Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistik & Delivery Supervisor to join our team at PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara' in Purwakarta, West Java.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily delivery operations, ensuring all shipments are dispatched and delivered on schedule

2. Manage and direct delivery personnel, including assignment of routes, performance monitoring, and conduct of team briefings

3. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet upkeep to maintain operational standards

4. Track and record delivery metrics, including on-time performance.

5. Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and resolve any delivery-related issues or complaints

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during all operations

7. Conduct warehouse inspections to verify proper storage conditions and correct inventory documentation

8. Liaise with warehouse and inventory teams to coordinate loading operations and confirm shipment accuracy

9. Prepare reports on logistics performance, delivery statistics, and operational challenges

10. Support the implementation of process improvements to optimise efficiency and reduce operational costs

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations management

2. Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively

3. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including warehouse management and delivery route optimisation

4. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

5. Proficiency in using logistics management software and basic computer applications

6. Valid driving licence and knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws

7. Strong communication skills

8. Physical capability to perform warehouse inspections and occasional hands-on logistics tasks

9. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

10. Problem-solving ability and willingness to adapt to changing operational requirements

11. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to analyse operational data
