Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, dealers, and other channel partners.

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and increase revenue opportunities.

  • Drive sell-in and sell-out activities through channel partners to maximize product performance in the market.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to support channel development initiatives.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and market feedback.

  • Plan and execute channel programs, promotions, and partner engagement activities.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

  • Ensure channel partners are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and training.

  • Maintain strong customer and partner satisfaction while supporting long-term business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Proven experience in channel sales, distributor management, or partner management within the IT, technology, electronics, printing, or related industries.

  • Strong network with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or channel partners.

  • Experience managing sales targets and driving business growth through indirect sales channels.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

  • Open to candidates from Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, or Manager level with relevant channel sales experience.

  • Prior experience with competitors or companies in the IT hardware, printing, office equipment, or technology industry is highly preferred.
