Nam Leather is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist whose primary mission is simple: drive product sales through Google Ads.
You will own the entire Google Ads ecosystem from campaign strategy and execution to daily optimization and performance analysis. This role is not just about running ads; it's about maximizing revenue, improving ROAS, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Develop data-driven bidding, audience targeting, and keyword strategies to maximize product sales.
- Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center, ensuring product feeds remain healthy, compliant, and free from disapprovals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Identify winning and underperforming products, then create advertising strategies to maximize their sales potential.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to achieve the highest possible return on investment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience running profitable Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, especially Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience managing Google Merchant Center, including troubleshooting feed issues and policy violations.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Comfortable managing advertising budgets and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROAS.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on achieving measurable business results.
