Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end connectivity solutions (Internet, Dedicated Line, VPN, Redundancy, Managed Services) based on client requirements
- Create solution architecture diagrams (high-level design) and product/solution comparison materials for proposals and presentations
- Analyze client needs and recommend the most suitable technical solutions with strong business value
- Prepare technical proposals, solution scope, and high-level estimates
- Support the Sales team during pre-sales discussions and client presentations
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Provide input and recommendations for ISP product and service development
- Act as a subject matter expert for the company’s connectivity solutions and product
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Network / ISP / IT Infrastructure / Solution Design
- Solid understanding of ISP services: Internet, Dedicated Line, VPN, Last Mile, Backup Link
- Good understanding of networking concepts: bandwidth management, redundancy, basic routing
- Experience creating solution diagrams and product comparisons (PowerPoint, Visio, draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Pre-sales or solution consulting experience for enterprise customers
- Familiarity with cloud or data center environments
- Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
- Experience preparing technical proposals and high-level designs
