The primary objective of this role will be to provide short term telephonic counselling and case management of service users and ensure that the most effective and professional care is provided to our customer base. The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role and is based in Israel, working remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Israel
• To provide all the services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner and to standards agreed with the Clinical and Operations Manager
• To accurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case
• To adhere to all clinical protocols, standards, and procedures as laid out by the Clinical and Operations Manager
• To adhere to the operational standards as set out by Clinical and Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Social Work is essential
• Registration with the relevant professional body within Israel
• Minimum of 2 years post-masters working experience
• Able to provide counselling within a short-term framework and case management
Preference will be given to candidates that have a background and working experience in the EAP field.

• Bilingualism (English and Hebrew) is an asset. Ability to counsel in Arabic will be a benefit.

The Lyra Israel clinical operations will be provided 24 hours a day and therefore will require that the position be shift based.
