PT Genergy Global Indonesia – A subsidiary of a company headquartered in Xiamen, China, is the License Holder of Midea HVAC and Linvol Elevators. Established in Jakarta since 2024, we specialize in distributing Midea HVAC products—from standard split AC units to industrial-grade chillers—and Linvol elevators & escalators. We have successfully handled various projects for major corporate groups across Indonesia.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Project professional to join our team. Candidates may choose to focus on HVAC or Lift sales based on their expertise and interest.
What You'll Do:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with property developers, building owners, contractors, and consultants.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions (HVAC systems or lift/elevator products) based on project requirements.
- Quotation & Tender: Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and tender documentation. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposals are competitive and complete.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with factory teams (including overseas suppliers in China) regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Project Support: Assist in project coordination when necessary, ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors, and technical teams.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Business/Marketing
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in:
- HVAC (split AC, VRF, chiller, etc.) or
- Lift/Elevator (passenger lift, cargo lift, etc.)
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand technical specifications, read drawings, and communicate effectively with engineers and clients
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, target-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Other: Own vehicle with valid driving license (SIM C or A) is preferred
