Ocean Mantra Village is a wellness eco retreat based in Bima (NTB).
We are building a clear and reliable reservation system for a growing international project and are looking for a hands-on Reservation Admin Officer to manage day-to-day reservations, guest communication, and administrative operations remotely, with clarity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily reservations across direct channels and OTA platforms
Respond to guest enquiries and provide clear and accurate information
Manage bookings using PMS (Cloudbeds) and OTA reservation systems
Keep booking calendars, guest details, rates, payments, and arrival information up to date
Coordinate payment status, airport transfers, and pre-arrival communication
Maintain accurate reservation records, internal documents, and reports
Work with email, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Zoom, and other online tools
Coordinate with the management, operations, and guest relations teams
Keep reservation data organized, accurate, and easy to access
Manage company correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on emails, requests, and action points
Coordinate communication with shareholders, including scheduling meetings and sharing relevant information
Requirements
3+ years of experience in reservations, hospitality administration, or a similar role
Practical experience with OTA platforms and reservation systems such as Cloudbeds, Booking.com, or similar tools
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Confident use of Google Workspace, email, calendars, Zoom, and online communication tools
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Clear and professional communication with international guests
Able to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
Experience working with international or remote teams
Experience with guest payments, transfers, and pre-arrival coordination
