Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Indonesian National HR Manager to oversee and lead all HR operations at our Ferronickel Smelting Industrial Park. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Chinese corporate management and the local Indonesian workforce. You will be responsible for compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies that drive operational efficiency while fostering a harmonious cross-cultural working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Management: Align HR strategies with the industrial park's production and business goals. Partner with Chinese and local management to optimize organizational structure and workforce planning.

  • Compliance & Government Relations: Ensure all HR practices strictly comply with Indonesian Labor Laws (including Manpower Law, Omnibus Law, and BPJS regulations). Maintain strong relationships with local labor unions, Disnaker (MOM), and relevant government authorities.

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment strategy for local technical, operational, and managerial roles. Establish effective channels to source qualified talent for heavy industry and smelting operations.

  • Employee & Labor Relations: Build robust communication channels to manage and mitigate labor risks, disputes, and grievances. Drive initiatives that foster positive morale, employee engagement, and cultural integration between Chinese and Indonesian staff.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the localized payroll administration, social security (BPJS), and benefit programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local minimum wage regulations.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs for local workforce skill upgrading, safety compliance, and leadership development.

  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, contract management, and HR information systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Nationality: Indonesian citizen (Native Speaker of Bahasa Indonesia).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-15 years of HR management experience, preferably in heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, or large-scale industrial smelting parks.

  • Language Skills:

    • Proficiency in English(or Mandarin) is mandatory for professional reporting and communication.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, industrial relations, and union management. Proven track record of handling complex labor disputes.

  • Soft Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication skills, conflict resolution capabilities, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to a remote or industrial park environment.
