Logistic Transportation Management

1. Coordinate sea, air, and land transportation bookings to ensure the smooth execution of cargo space reservations, vessel schedules, and shipment plans.

2. Coordinate trailer and transportation vehicle arrangements to ensure goods are delivered safely and on schedule.

3. Track shipment progress and handle transportation-related issues to ensure delivery schedules are met and goods are delivered accurately.

4. Responsible for logistics cost verification, account reconciliation, and payment processing to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

5. Manage, verify, and archive logistics documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics, International Trade, English, or related fields are preferred.

2. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to independently handle English email correspondence and business communications.

3. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, or related fields.

4. Familiar with booking, transportation, and logistics operation processes, with basic logistics management knowledge and capabilities.

5. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution ability and a good team spirit.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software with strong data organization and analysis skills.
