Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing digital content and social media platforms, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating marketing operations to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of social media and basic marketing concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; design tools are a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and creativity
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
• Internship or relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates may apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote vehicles and mobility solutions
• Manage and update social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with inquiries
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as promotional posts, brochures, and digital ads
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with current promos and inventory
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, leads, and customer engagement
• Conduct basic market research on competitors and industry trends in the automotive sector
• Help organize events, product showcases, and dealership activations
• Maintain marketing databases, customer records, and documentation
• Liaise with external suppliers (e.g., printers, agencies) for marketing requirements
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations
