Responsibilities
Conducting analysis and assessment of customer infrastructure design to meet cloud solution requirements based on customer requests and needs.
Developing high-level proposals that outline the technical solutions and cloud technologies utilized.
Collaborating with related teams to establish roadmaps and milestones for each solution design.
Creating and presenting the technical and business aspects of the proposed solutions to customers.
Calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS) for the developed solutions, to be coordinated with the CRM team for profit/loss calculation, BOQ, SOW, etc.
Monitoring implementation tasks to ensure alignment with the initial design.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Cloud Architect.
Prior experience working at global cloud reseller companies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) is highly preferred.
Specialization & Certifications
Professional certification in cloud technology (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud).
Strong understanding and knowledge of IT Security principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strongly customer-oriented with a focus on delivering value and driving client satisfaction.
