Supervisor Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily insurance operations and ensure timely processing of insurance claims.

• Verify patients' insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage prior to treatment.

• Coordinate claim submissions, documentation, and reimbursement processes with insurance providers.

• Monitor outstanding claims, resolve claim denials, and follow up on pending reimbursements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs).

• Ensure compliance with insurance policies, healthcare regulations, and internal procedures.

• Collaborate with Front Office, Finance, Patient Experience, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth insurance workflows.

• Analyze insurance performance, claim trends, and reimbursement data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Train, coach, and supervise the Insurance team to achieve departmental KPIs and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance administration, medical claims, healthcare billing, or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of medical and dental insurance claims, reimbursement processes, and healthcare regulations.

• Experience working with local and international insurance providers and TPAs is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare or insurance management systems.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to accuracy and compliance.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
