We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Travel Agent and Tour and Travel Staff to join our team. The Travel Agent and Tour and Travel Staff will be responsible for assisting guests with booking and planning their trips, providing detailed information about local attractions, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, creating customized travel itineraries, coordinating with local tour operators, and promoting the resort’s services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction and supporting the resort's mission of delivering exceptional service.

We are looking for a male candidate with an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. Candidates should possess strong skills in customer service, travel sales, travel management, and travel itinerary planning.
