• 직원 근태 및 인사 관리

• 직원 서류 및 인사 데이터 관리

• Instagram 콘텐츠 기획 및 업로드

• SNS 계정 운영 및 고객 소통

• 마케팅 프로모션 기획 및 실행

• 브랜드 홍보 및 마케팅 전략 지원

자격 요건

• 한국어 필수 (읽기, 쓰기, 회화 가능)

• 인사(HR) 또는 마케팅 관련 업무 경험자 우대

• Instagram 및 SNS 운영 경험자 우대

책임감이 강하고 커뮤니케이션 능력이 우수한 분

우대 사항

• F&B 또는 카페 업계 경험자

• 사진 및 영상 촬영, 편집 가능자

근무 조건

• 급여: 8juta

HR & Marketing Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance and HR administration

• Maintain employee records and HR data

• Plan and upload Instagram content

• Manage social media accounts and engage with customers

• Plan and execute marketing promotions

• Support brand promotion and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Korean language proficiency is required (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Experience in HR or marketing is preferred

• Experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms is preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to use content creation and design tools such as Canva and Photoshop

• Experience in the F&B or café industry

• Skills in photography, videography, and content editing

Employment Conditions

• Salary: IDR 8,000,000 per month

• Employment Type: Full-time
