About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations at PINKHOTELS in Bali. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic hospitality establishment and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining operational excellence, profitability, and high standards across all departments. This role is pivotal in driving the hotel's success and represents a significant leadership opportunity within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments

  2. Managing budgets, financial planning, and revenue optimisation strategies to achieve profitability targets

  3. Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining high guest satisfaction ratings

  4. Recruiting, training, supervising and developing hotel staff to foster a motivated and professional team

  5. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and security regulations throughout the property

  6. Implementing quality assurance procedures and maintaining property standards

  7. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners

  8. Managing crisis situations and resolving guest complaints with professionalism and diplomacy

  9. Coordinating with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities

  10. Monitoring market trends and implementing competitive strategies to enhance market position


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel management or similar hospitality leadership roles

  2. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-departmental hotel operations

  3. Strong maintenance building, financial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and P&L analysis

  4. Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams

  5. Outstanding customer service orientation and proven ability to maintain high guest satisfaction levels

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are advantageous

  7. Knowledge of hotel management systems and hospitality industry software

  8. Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills under pressure

  9. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, hotel administration, or business management are preferred

  10. Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region or with international guests is a bonus
