QC Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or other related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer or QC Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Quality Control Management and Quality Assurance systems.

• Ability to analyze external quality claims and internal quality issues.

• Experience in coordinating TQM team members (QE, IQC, and OQC).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Familiar with quality improvement methodologies such as FMEA, 5 Why Analysis, RCA, and CAPA.

• Experience in continuous process improvement and quality management.

• Good understanding of Quality Systems, SOPs, and Operational Procedures.

• Knowledge and experience in 5S/5R and ESD Management.

• Able to control and ensure calibration of measuring instruments and production tools according to specifications.

• Familiar with quality audit systems and manufacturing audit processes.

• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, including implementation, maintenance, and internal audit processes.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, and administrative skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
