About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Receptionist (Front Office) placement Umalas, Canggu, or Cemagi in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.
What You'll Be Doing
As a receptionist you will responsible for welcoming and direct guests according to their arrival purpose, assist with the check-in and check-out process, handle complaints, and provide property-related information over the phone. Explain company services to guests, manage administrative documents, check room conditions before and after use, and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of public areas, ensure room availability and readiness. And operate HMS features in this case the Guestpro application, check OTAs and accept payments at the property location, and carry out other tasks requested by the operational person in charge as long as they are still relevant to the Receptionist's scope of work. In addition, the receptionist also manages petty cash to support the operation of the Apartment.
What We're Looking For
More than 1 years of experience in the same position, fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply
Fifteen working days in one month
Minimum education Diploma
Have good communication skills, able to build good relationships with fellow team members and management
Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way
Able to innovate well
Ability to communicate in English fluently
