As part of our strategic growth plan, we are expanding our business presence across Southeast Asia and are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our leadership team as Regional Sales Channel Development Director – Southeast Asia
Job Responsibilities:
Formulate sales (Indonesia/PH/Malaysia etc., focus on southeast Asia) channel development plans based on corporate strategy; establish channel agent access, classification, assessment, incentive and management systems; build a standardized and replicable channel operation system.
Develop and introduce high-quality channel partners, collaborators and EPC resources in overseas markets (such as Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia (top priority); lead business negotiations, cooperation signing and implementation.
Coordinate the full life cycle management of channels; provide channel enablement, training and business support; improve the local market ecosystem and enhance overall channel conversion and fulfillment capabilities.
Be responsible for annual sales volume, signed amount, gross profit margin, payment collection and other business indicators of the channel sector; decompose targets and manage process control to ensure performance achievement.
Collaborate with sales, technical and delivery teams to promote channel lead conversion, project follow-up and implementation; collect industry competitive product and market information to optimize channel strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above; new energy, electric power, energy storage, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
More than 5 years of channel management/ channel development experience in microgrid, energy storage, diesel power generation, energy related, EPC industries; experience in 0-1 channel system establishment.
Experience in overseas energy project channel development; those with high-quality channel resources in mining, government and enterprise, overseas energy industries are preferred.
Excellent business negotiation, resource integration and team management capabilities; result-oriented and high stress tolerance.
Familiar with overseas business models; willing to travel frequently at home and abroad and adapt to overseas working environment.
