Identify and develop new business opportunities for Parking Management services.
Conduct market research and prospecting to acquire new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, commercial buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, office buildings, mixed-use developments, hotels, airports, industrial estates, and government institutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site surveys to understand customer needs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations until project closing.
Collaborate with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare regular sales pipeline and business development reports.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client engagement activities.
