Key Responsibilities :

1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare espresso-based beverages, manual brew coffee, and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain product consistency through proper calibration and brewing techniques.
• Ensure all beverages meet Eightyone Coffee quality standards.

2. Customer Experience

• Deliver warm, genuine, and professional hospitality to every customer.
• Recommend products and create memorable guest experiences through active engagement.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

3. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and dining area.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties according to SOP.
• Monitor product quality, stock availability, and report operational issues.

4. Teamwork

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support fellow baristas during peak hours.
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment.

Qualifications :

Barista

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (Fresh graduates with strong passion for coffee are welcome to apply).
• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Candidates with experience in brands such as Starbucks, % Arabica, Fore Coffee, Kenangan Coffee, Tomoro Coffee, Tuku, Flash Coffee, Excelso, or other specialty coffee shops will be an advantage.
