Key Responsibilities
Process, analyze, and interpret geospatial datasets for agriculture monitoring purposes.
Prepare and manage spatial data layers, including satellite imagery, field boundaries, vegetation indices, and agricultural parameters.
Conduct remote sensing analysis for crop monitoring using satellite data (e.g. Sentinel, Landsat, MODIS, or similar dataset imagery).
Generate agricultural insights such as vegetation condition, crop growth monitoring, land cover assessment, and spatial pattern analysis.
Develop and maintain geospatial datasets to support dashboard visualization and analysis.
Collaborate with Fullstack Website Developer to integrate GIS outputs into the web-based monitoring platform.
Create maps, spatial visualizations, and analytical outputs to communicate findings effectively.
Prepare technical documentation, methodology, data processing workflow, and analysis reports.
Requirements
Fresh graduate or final-year student from relevant majors (Geography, Geodetic Engineering, Geographic Information Science, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related fields).
Minimum 1 year of experience in GIS, remote sensing, or spatial data analysis is preferred.
Familiar with geospatial programming and data processing (Google Earth Engine, Google Colab, or similar)
Proficiency in GIS Software & spatial data analysis workflow (image preprocessing, classification, image vegetation index, etc.)
Understanding of geospatial data management is preffered (PostgreSQL, PostGIS, etc.)
