We are growing and are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at Dream Coffee in Bandung, West Java. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced, contract-based work environment.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks to customers, ensuring consistently high quality and presentation
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines
- Providing excellent customer service, anticipating customer needs and offering recommendations
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking of coffee and bar supplies
- Supporting the overall operations of the coffee shop, as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista or within the Hospitality & Tourism industry, preferably in the Bar & Beverage sub-industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and techniques in the coffee industry
- Experience with molecular mixology is an advantage
