About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Trader. This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta, Jakarta. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing strategic partnerships that contribute significantly to the company's revenue objectives and market expansion.
What you'll be doing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive account growth and retention
Identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
Developing and executing account strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Negotiating contracts and terms to secure deals whilst ensuring profitability
Managing the full sales cycle from lead identification through to contract closure and ongoing account management
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities
Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Conducting regular account reviews and providing clients with performance insights and recommendations
What we're looking for
1+ years of proven experience in a sales or account management role for B2B (Business to Business)
Has SIM A
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken for effective collaboration with international suppliers
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently whilst remaining a collaborative team player
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development opportunities
