PT Perfect Companion Group was founded to expand upon the Charoen Pokphand Group's expertise in the pet food industry and to address the growing market demand driven by pet owners who are becoming more conscious of product quality.

We currently looking for potential candidate with preferably requirement as below:

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end administration of employee training programs, including scheduling, invitations, attendance records, facilitation, training documentation, and reporting.

2. Conduct the training induction and socialization to all employees.

3. Collaborate with cross departments to handle the training and development programs.

4. Develop, maintain, and regularly update the company's Competency Matrix based on job roles and business requirements.

5. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by collaborating with department heads to identify competency gaps and learning priorities for annual training plans.

6. Source, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers and vendors to ensure quality learning programs.

7. Monitor employee training participation and maintain monthly learning records.

8. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and post-test.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Management, or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or related HR functions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to communicate with English in writing and speaking.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Have experience on manufacture industry are preferred.
