E-Commerce mix Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce mix Digital Marketing professional to join our team at PT BERSERI LEWAT AROMA' in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position responsible for driving our online sales and marketing efforts across various digital channels.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and online sales

2. Manage and optimise our e-commerce platform to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions

3. Execute successful search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns

4. Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns

5. Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform ongoing strategy and tactical decisions

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

2. Strong understanding of search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, and social media marketing best practices

3. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

4. Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and optimise campaign performance

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

6. Strong project management and team collaboration skills

7. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
