- 7+ years’ of experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow (HRSD) solutions, with strong expertise in complex workflow design and exposure to AI-driven capabilities

- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex integrations using REST and SOAP, aligned with enterprise architecture, security and data governance standards
