PT. APP Purinusa Ekapersada Bandung & Purwakarta Mills – one of the biggest corrugated box manufacturers in West Java Area. We focus on B2B Carton Box and Sheet products that have major share in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC), Textile, Carton Packaging Industries etc.
We are looking for high motivated person to join our team as:
Manager, Supply Chain Management ( Multi Site )
Specification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in materials management, procurement, or logistics. Had experience on Carton Box Packaging is a plus point .
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced data tools like Microsoft 365 . Had Basic Knowledge on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 , PEFC & Halal regulation is a plus Point.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and support manufacturing operations
- Manage supplier relationships and vendor performance, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and planning to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Monitor and analyze logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution network efficiency
- Identify and implement supply chain improvements and cost-saving initiatives whilst maintaining service levels
- Manage supply chain budgets and control expenditure within approved parameters
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics, providing regular reporting to Plant Head
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards within supply chain operations
- Willing to Work multi site ( Bandung & Purwakarta ) , home base in Bandung at Least Once / Twice a week visit to Purwakarta
- Had advance Skill to Manage : Procurement , Logistic & Warehouse , Raw Material Incoming & Outgoing .Always work base on Daily & Monthly Target ( Delivery Volume )
