About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Officer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally. You'll also work closely with internal teams to provide timely solutions and create a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, ticket creation and follow-ups, and customer correspondence through phone calls, email, messaging platforms (Chat/WhatsApp), and walk-in customers.

  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the company system.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure customer needs and issues are resolved effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
