About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Officer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally. You'll also work closely with internal teams to provide timely solutions and create a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, ticket creation and follow-ups, and customer correspondence through phone calls, email, messaging platforms (Chat/WhatsApp), and walk-in customers.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the company system.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure customer needs and issues are resolved effectively.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Basic English communication skills.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
