General Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Experience, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Front Office, Guest Relations, Event Management, or related fields
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent service mindset
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when supporting company events
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Customer Experience operations at the dealership
- Welcome and assist customers and guests visiting the dealership
- Ensure premium customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Coordinate customer appointments, VIP visits, and internal schedules
- Support planning, preparation, and execution of customer events, gatherings, and dealership activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer journey and operational processes
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in customer complaint handling when required
- Manage dealership hospitality requirements, including café supplies, refreshments, and guest amenities
- Handle procurement requests and coordinate purchasing of operational supplies related to Customer Experience activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents related to Customer Experience programs
- Support implementation of customer retention and loyalty programs
- Maintain showroom readiness and hospitality standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, airline, premium banking, or service industries
- Experience in event coordination and vendor management
- Familiar with customer satisfaction measurement and customer engagement activities
- Possess a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of ownership
