About the role

Midplaza Holding through one of its business units, Flower Studio, is seeking a store admin to join our team in Central Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this pivotal administrative role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative functions and supporting our store team to deliver exceptional service.


What you'll be doing

  • Managed store operational administration, including invoices, petty cash, sales reports, and document filing.

  • Entered and ensured the accuracy of transaction and inventory data within the system.

  • Prepared employee attendance recaps and coordinated with the HR team regarding personnel administration.

  • Prepared, managed, and archived contracts, MoUs, and other administrative documents.

  • Provided administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing quotations, sales contracts, and supporting documents.

  • Coordinated with the Operations, Sales, and Management teams to ensure smooth store operations.

  • Assisted with internal audit processes related to administration, inventory, and cash management.

  • Prepared periodic operational reports in accordance with company requirements.


What we're looking for

  • Minimum education requirement of a Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with experience as a Store Administrator, Sales Administrator, or in other administrative positions.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

  • Possesses strong administrative skills and is experienced in managing documents, invoices, and reports.

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and has strong analytical abilities.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Has good communication and coordination skills.
