Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom and canvassing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth for our premium sintered stone products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the showroom and canvassing sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and a premium customer experience in the showroom.
Identify new business opportunities through project sales, canvassing, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to support promotional activities and customer needs.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) will be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in building materials, ceramic, granite, sintered stone, sanitary ware, furniture, or interior products is preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Able to manage both showroom operations and field sales activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to travel for business development and canvassing activities.
Possesses a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
