Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven individual who is passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will support both marketing performance analysis and business intelligence initiatives by developing dashboards, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive better business decisions.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM, databases, etc.)
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, or Amazon QuickSight.
Monitor and analyze business and marketing performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other business KPIs.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards or analytical solutions.
Support tracking implementation, including UTM parameters, pixels, and event tracking.
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and other teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Analysis are also encouraged.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
Familiar with SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS (Redshift, S3) or other cloud data platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM platforms.
Knowledge of attribution models and digital marketing tracking.
Experience with Supermetrics or other data connectors.
Experience working with large datasets.
Understanding of business process improvement.
