Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership development curriculum combining classroom learning, on-the-job training, and project-based assignments.
Rotate across key hospital functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations.
Support strategic initiatives and operational improvement projects under the guidance of senior leaders.
Analyze operational and business challenges and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service quality, operational excellence, and patient experience.
Build leadership, communication, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities through practical experience.
Prepare to assume future leadership roles across the BMHS hospital network.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MARS) with Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) background.
Minimum 3 years of professional clinical experience.
Willing to be assigned across BMHS hospitals throughout Indonesia.
Strong interest in healthcare management and hospital leadership.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, resilience, and a continuous learning mindset.
Previous involvement in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, accreditation, or leadership activities will be considered a plus.
