Heal is a new cafe and bar concept opening soon in Uluwatu. By day, Heal offers a vibrant cafe experience and a relaxed tropical vibe. By night, we transform into Unheal, a lively bar featuring signature cocktails, DJs, and premium events.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, lead and coordinate kitchen teams, uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene, and play a key role in establishing Heal as one of Uluwatu’s standout new dining destinations.
