Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
• At least 1 year of BPO experience (voice experience preferred)
• Above-average English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to hygiene products and services
• Provide accurate information regarding accounts, orders, billing, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
