Daily Worker STP Operator/Wastewater Treatment Technician

FINNS Beach Club is looking for hands-on and disciplined personnel to support the operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of our in-house wastewater treatment systems (STP/IPAL). The facility utilizes Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) technology, grease traps, pumps, piping systems, and related utilities. This role requires field-oriented personnel comfortable performing physically demanding work in dirty environments while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational reliability for the FINNS Beach Club Engineering sub-department.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor MBR WWTP systems (pumps, blowers, chemical dosing).

• Manage MOS and relaxation cycles, including weekly Maintenance Washes (MW) and CIP procedures.

• Monitor water quality (MLSS, SRT) and maintain logs.

• Clean grease traps, sludge areas, and equalization tanks.

• Perform preventive maintenance/minor repairs on MEP equipment and support emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/SMK (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Plumbing preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in STP/WWTP or utilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Knowledge of MBR systems, chemical handling, and willingness to work shifts/dirty environments.

Certifications in Confined Space Entry, K3/HSE, or PLC experience are a plus.
