Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Google Ads Support/Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for candidates with some initial exposure to marketing or digital advertising, whether through internships, coursework, or early work experience, who are eager to grow into a career in digital marketing and data analysis. We are primarily seeking candidates who are just beginning their digital marketing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting
  - Pull daily and weekly campaign data and organize it in Excel/Google Sheets

  - Maintain performance tracking sheets (CTR, CPC, conversions, Quality Score)

  - Create weekly and monthly reports in Google Docs or Looker Studio

  - Track budgets, spending, and ROI

  - Keep data entry accurate and up to date

  - Compare performance trends (YoY, MoM, WoW) using pivot tables

  - Spot data issues and flag performance changes

• Campaign Support

  - Research keywords and organize them into clean lists

  - Build negative keyword lists from search reports

  - Track A/B test results and compare performance

  - Monitor dashboards and flag underperformers

  - Update ad copy and extensions

• Admin & Operations

  - Keep campaign files organized and properly named

  - Pull competitor data from auction insights

  - Handle ad-hoc data requests from the team

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate OR maximum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or a related field

• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks

• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely

• Basic English (you'll work mostly in Indonesian with Indonesian teammates)

Nice to Have (But not required)

• Google Analytics experience

• Knowledge of Google Ads metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and basic Google Ads work

• Previous remote work experience

• Looker Studio/Data Studio skills
