The Factory is a garment production entity based in Bali, operating a vendor/manufacturing model for wholesale and contract clients. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across our workshop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production schedules across cutting, sewing (obras/overdeck), and QC stations to meet delivery deadlines
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and communicate bottlenecks to production leadership
Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners on fabric/material availability
Monitor quality control checkpoints and flag defects before shipment
Maintain accurate production records (order quantities, sizes, completion status)
Support onboarding and daily task assignment for floor staff
Assist in shipment preparation and coordination with buyers/clients
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in garment/apparel production coordination or similar manufacturing environment
Familiarity with production workflows: cutting, sewing, QC, packing
Basic proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for tracking production data
Strong communication skills, English an advantage
Able to work on-site at the Bali workshop,
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple production lines simultaneously
