Capture, elicit, refine, and document business requirements while performing initial feasibility, data touchpoints, and dependency mapping.
Translate business requirements into application requirements and recommend solutions utilizing new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
Facilitate workshops with BPOs, subsidiaries, and regional IT counterparts to identify, develop, and implement methodologies for system integration.
Define roadmaps, build project schedules and RACI matrices, and drive end-to-end execution coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors through build, test/UAT, and deployment phases.
Define expected benefits, link them to KPIs, and coordinate with QPM or performance owners to track benefits realization.
Run project governance and reporting by tracking status, managing changes, and executing mitigations and escalations for Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
Lead training coordination, create communication packs, conduct user satisfaction surveys, and implement process improvements.
Prepare business cases, requirement documents, and hardware, software, or database acquisition specifications for Regional Demand Review.
