Finance Manager

Your duties include but are not limited to the

following:

• Improve and develop company’s financial status and

performance

• Establish, manage, monitor and enforce accounting

and finance systems and procedures

• Manage and organize Cash Flow, Cost and Budgeting,

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Bookkeeping, Inventory, Taxation,

Payroll, Benefits, Permits, Licenses and Audit

• Prepare, check, submit and file accounting reports,

financial statements, financial instruments and other needed forms, memoranda,

letters, correspondence and transactions

• Enforce proper accounting methods, standards,

policies and procedures

• Reconcile data, rectify incorrect transactions,

initiate corrective actions and resolve accounting and financial issues

•  Manage, update, file and maintain an organized accounting

and financial records

•  Align accounting and finance with all other

department’s processes

•  Review, manage and maintain general ledgers and

books

• Oversee and manage internal controls

• Ensure accuracy of all accounting and financial

reports

• Oversee daily accounting, finance and treasury

operations

•  Maintain good relationship with internal and

external clients like banks, suppliers, channel partners

•  Responsible on all banking transactions, loans and

reconciliations

•  Review contracts, letters, notices, correspondences

and manage disputes with BIR and other Government Agencies and Institutions

•   Manage income statements and tax returns on a

monthly, quarterly and annual basis

•  Monitor budget, expenses, investments and projects

•  Prepare financial analysis and audit reports to

audit, business affiliates, investors, owners and stake holders

Qualifications:

·  At least a Degree in Finance or Accountancy or

Business Administration, CPA is an advantage.

·  5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

·  A proactive mindset and can-do attitude with the

ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced learning environment

· Be sharp and sensitive to industry developments,

monitor feedback from communities and conduct competitor analysis

· Good organization skills with strong attention to

details

·  Proven ability to multitask and handle stress well
