Job Description:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Tasked to source for qualified candidates and generate leads
- Conducts technical and competency-based interviews
- Endorses qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Schedules candidates for interviews
- Administers tests/assessment tools
- Conducts job offers and drafts Employment related contracts
- Completes candidate pre-employment requirements
- Updates the recruitment trackers & databases
- Generates weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Implements Recruitment Operations projects & initiatives
- Adheres to the company’s recruitment policies and best practices
- Attends recruitment/leads generation activities
- With experience to other HR facets like Benefits Administration, Timekeeping, or Employee Relations is an advantage
- Willing to be trained for other HR facets
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Open for Fresh Grads.
- Flexible and team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Can start as soon as possible
