Job Description:
· Lead and manage overall branch operations efficiently and effectively.
· Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
· Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of the branch.
· Supervise, motivate, and develop branch employees.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
· Prepare operational and management reports regularly.
Qualifications:
· University or Bachelor graduation.
· Minimum 5 (five) years of Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping line.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven experience in business development and team management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting systems.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Willing Places in Semarang office
