Job Description
- Prepare, cook, and present hot meals in line with company standards.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all hot dishes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff within your section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot kitchen area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a hot kitchen setting.
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
