METLAND SEVA SEMINYAK is urgently looking for a Bell Driver (Daily Worker).

Job Description:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling in a professional and courteous manner.

• Accompany guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities, services, and room features.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

• Operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly when required, in accordance with traffic regulations and hotel SOPs.

• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the luggage storage area, hotel entrance, and hotel vehicles.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Possess a valid Indonesian SIM A and be confident in driving manual transmission vehicles.

• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Friendly, well-groomed, service-oriented, and possess good communication skills.

• Physically fit and capable of handling guests' luggage safely.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
