Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the active lifestyle industry.
- Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR, advertising, and event planning.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Develop and oversee the execution of brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the beauty/groceries/wellness industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
