Accounting and Finance Supervisor Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 704837)

Job Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

- Review journal entries and general ledger balances (GL control)

- Analyze actual vs. budget results, especially for manufacturing costs and inventory

- Manage corporate tax and VAT filing and compliance

- Monitor cash flow and support funding planning

- Track KPIs and prepare management reports with clear insights

- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance

- Manage and develop accounting & finance team members

- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or cost accounting in a manufacturing company

- Practical knowledge of monthly closing, GL management, and financial reporting

- Experience in cost control, variance analysis, and inventory valuation

- Basic knowledge of tax (corporate tax, VAT) and compliance

- At least 1 year of experience in supervising or coaching team members
