PH/US Registered Nurse with active license valid within 6 mos upon application

1 year bedside/hospital or clinical experience as Staff Nurse (not obtained through training or Internship)

Must have a valid Certificate of Employment

Must reside within MM (25 kms from the site)

Must be wah ready - wired internet connection 50 mbps

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) License
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) license is an advantage but not required
• At least 1 year of clinical, hospital, utilization management, case management, or BPO healthcare experience is preferred
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Basic computer navigation and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite, hybrid, or work-from-home (depending on business requirements)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and assess medical records and healthcare cases based on clinical guidelines
• Provide telephonic or virtual clinical support to patients, providers, and health plan members
• Perform utilization review, case management, or prior authorization processes as required
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate patient care and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation while complying with HIPAA and company policies
• Deliver high-quality clinical support while meeting productivity and quality standards

Upon hire:

50K basic pay + 10K account prem + 1K flex fund allow

Other benefits:

20% Night differential
